Park in bad condition. Grass is often too high, fence barely visible because hedges/trees on the outside are not trimmed so hanging way over the fencing. On top of that too many dog owners don't pick up after their dogs so likely chance either human or pet steps in some poo.(likely chance reason for a lot of poo laying around is because it's hard to see poo through too high grass) Only reason to go there is for safe off-leash place.
